As part of a large program sponsored by the Department of Biotechnology, scientists from the Northeast Region, NCBS, IISc, Bangalore, and UAS have joined hands to study the chemical ecology and biodiversity of one of our world’s most remarkable regions – the Northeast Region of India. The SCENIC programme will build new scientific capacity in India and provide unique training and career development opportunities for scientists in a multiregional and multidisciplinary environment.
